Sealed bids are invited for the low-slope roof replacement at the Scottsville Community Center. The project is generally described as removal of existing roof systems, and the installation of a fully adhered EPDM roof system over tapered insulation. Work includes all flashings and metalwork associated with single ply installations. There is also a replacement of shingled canopy. Substantial Completion of the entire project shall be 70 consecutive calendar days from the date of start of Work onsite or before December 20, 2022, whichever is sooner, with Notice to Proceed (NTP) on or before September 1, 2022. Questions due 5 days prior to bid date. Bonds required.
