The scope of work of this project involves interior improvements of approximately 3,700 square feet of space for the City’s tenant, Priceless Pets, including new flooring, ceiling and lighting throughout. Additionally, the renovations include new dog kennels, cat condos, surgery and exams rooms, and laundry room. The exterior building improvements entail new windows, new entry tower features, new metal awnings, a new parapet roof, and four new HVAC units. Adjacent to the easterly side of the building, a landscaped area for a dog run will be constructed. The site improvements involve repaving the parking lot, constructing new ADA curb ramps, and sidewalk. 120 working days. Questions deadline 9/19/22 by 5 pm. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
