General – This contract is for Coral Shores High School – Roofing and Exterior Wall Repairs Project. Work is as described in the project documents prepared by Jay Ammon Architect Incorporated. These documents are found in Appendix D and E. This scope will include all labor and materials required to complete the project. This is to be a complete turnkey project. Work includes but is not limited to general construction, gutters, exterior sealing, and roofing. All materials, labor, subcontracts, and services required to make a complete project per the design documents shall be included in your pricing. The project has a required completion date of July 1, 2023. Questions via email to Owner by 9/26/2022, 5:00pm. Bonds required.
