Contractor to purchase and install all material needed to complete the job and to provide back-up and emergency provisions to support the kitchen during tie in of new copper. All work leading to tie in must be done and signed off by IOR prior to tie in and no emergency support will be needed until tie in. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
