The purpose of the prequalification process is to select Roofing Contractors deemed to be qualified and capable of completing the Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities Baskin Roof Replacement Project, hereinafter “Project”, which includes recommending and providing a new roof system to cover the existing metal deck of the Baskin Reservoir located within the Bonneville Golf Course (954 Connor St. Salt Lake City) with the reservoir access road entrance located at approximately 1250 S Wasatch Dr. SLCDPU intends to prequalify a minimum of three (3) Contractors. These Contractors will then be listed as Qualified Roofing Contractors in the bidding documents and will have the right to submit or be included on bids during the bidding period. SLCDPU reserves the right to prequalify more or less contractors based on the submittals received. Bonds required.
