The Project consists of all labor, supervision, equipment, tools and materials for the repainting interior surfaces of the Cherokee 4 million gallon steel water storage tank located at W 112th Avenue & Cherokee Street, installation of a new interior ladder, improvements to the exterior ladder, addition of a new access manway and replacement of the existing manway, new vents, strengthening of existing corroded steel roof support beams, roof hatch relocation, cathodic protection work and cable support system and as further described in the Contract Documents Bonds required.
