It is the intent of the Culpeper County to contract a firm fixed price with one contractor, hereafter referred to as the “Contractor”, to furnish all materials, equipment, and labor for the Culpeper County Courthouse Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Improvements Project. This project consists of improvement to the HVAC system at the Culpeper County Courthouse, located at 135 W. Cameron Street, Culpeper, Virginia 22701. The HVAC improvements consist of, but not limited to: • Replacing three (3) existing Roof Top Units (RTU) with new units with curb adapters and ductwork. • Replacing one (1) 80-ton cooling tower with an air-cooled chiller • Replacing twenty-four (24) fan coils • Replacement of one (1) 480 3-phase RPM pump.
