Sealed bids for the construction of the County of Culpeper Magistrate and Juvenile Probation Interior Alterations will be received by the County of Culpeper. The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following tasks: Interior Alterations to a 3,220 SF footprint County office building including select demolition, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Bidders should be prepared to start work following award of Contract and notice to proceed. Questions should be submitted seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid opening. Bonds required.
