This RFP is for the mowing services of County Buildings at multiple locations throughout the County. This effort is being made to conserve County dollars and yet receive the maximum benefit for the County regarding the up-keep of facilities and grounds. The intent here is to allow multiple vendors have the opportunity to have a contract. Thus, this is not a winner take all bidding opportunity. The Contract shall cover the period from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, which is for one-year, upon mutual agreement the contract may be extended up to four, one-year periods making this a five-year contract. This is assuming the contractor will successfully complete all tasks every month every year. This Contract may be renewed at the expiration of the initial term at the request of the County. No later than, January 30 of every year and is set by mutual agreement.
