Base Bid: (Phase 1) Replacement of hot water generation and distribution equipment and replacement of the vertical piping infrastructure for NB Building Alternate A: Additional inline pump for hot water recirculation Alternate B: Skip-mounted packaged inline pump system for hot water recirculation Alternate C: (Phase 2) Replacement of the horizontal piping infrastructure for NB Building Alternate D: (Phase 3) Demolition of existing vertical and horizontal piping infrastructure floors 1 through 11. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Total project duration is 20 months. Questions are due no later than 12:00 PM on Nov 4th.
