Facilities Management Building in Conference Room 125, located at 225 South 700 East, St George, Utah.

The second phase of an upgrade to the north campus medium voltage loop including, but not limited to, the replacement of: VFIs, sectionalizers, conductors, junctions, terminations, vaults, ground sleeves, etc. as per the project Plans & Specifications prepared by Spectrum Engineers. Bonds required. Electrical contractors shall have experience with similar sized medium-voltage (15 kV class) cabling and equipment installation. This experience must include at least 5 similar projects during the past 7 years, In addition, the installer engaged to perform cable splicing and terminations shall be trained and certified by the splice material manufacturer, to install, splice, and terminate medium voltage cables. Cable splices and terminations shall be made only by qualified cable splicers in strict accordance with the recommendations of the Engineer that each cable splicer has worked as a journeyman in his trade for the past 10 years, continuously. A list of jobs, types of cable and voltage levels worked on during this period and manufacturer’s training certificates must be supplied as the required evidence.
