New construction: This design-bid-build project includes construction services for a new approximately 15,500 GSF maintenance complex that includes, but is not limited to a maintenance bay, storage bay, materials lab, offices, restroom, break room, wash room, sander rack, dumpster enclosure, and associated site work (asphalt paving, entry gates, perimeter fencing, etc.). The work of the project also includes, but is not limited to demolition of existing buildings (approximately 10,000 GSF), existing sander racks, existing site asphalt, some existing fence, and other landscape items. The Management Plan and Statement of Qualifications must be submitted to DFCM via email no later than 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. Submittals received after the specified time will not be accepted. DO NOT SUBMIT VIA U3P. Bonds equired.
