The work to be completed shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and material necessary to install approximately 1,650 LF of 8” and 10" DIP/PVC and FPVC Sewer by open-cut, 900 LF cured-in- place lining, 100LF jack and bore, four (4) new manholes and rehabilitation of eleven (11) manholes complete with bypass pumping, roadway replacement, earthwork, grassing, soil erosion and sediment control measures, and appurtenances Necessary to provide a complete installation in accordance with the Contract Documents. Attention is called to the fact that this project is being funded fully or partially through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The bidder is asked to pay special attention to the Federal Regulations are found in “Part I - Bidding / Agreements / Bonds / Conditions; Section XVI - Federal CDBG Construction Exhibits” contained in this bid package.
