Carma Easton is soliciting this arterial road construction project on behalf of Travis County and Pilot Knob MUD 1. The work, in general, consists of the construction of an arterial road and associated infrastructure including grading, roadway, bridge, storm sewer, water quality, landscaping, sidewalks, and erosion controls. The Project is located at a starting point of Cardinal Bloom Loop (approximately 1520 feet east of the intersection of William Cannon Drive and McKinney Falls Parkway) and extending east approximately 1 ¾ -mi. to the stub-out of the west bound lanes constructed under William Cannon Drive Phase 2 (approximately 400 feet west of U.S. Highway 183) in Travis County, Texas. Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially complete within 365 Calendar Days. HSP required.
