The City of Napa (City) is requesting Proposals (Proposals) from professional project management firms/teams for a new public recreation and aquatics center located at 2447 Old Sonoma Road, Napa, CA 94558 (Project). Consultants should have experience in working with agency staff and design consultants on project design and managing project construction for public sector projects

Work Description: The Project consists of pavement rehabilitation of approximately 2,000 linear feet of roadway by means of full depth reclamation via cement treatment (FDR-C) at Tower Road and South Kelly Road from Devlin Road to State Route-29. Work also includes storm drain system installation in South Kelly Road, relocation of a street light, as well as installation of a new recycled water main and installation of new water and recycle water services and construction of bioretention facilities along the southwest shoulder of South Kelly Road. Work includes mobilization, storm water pollution prevention, traffic control, curb ramp upgrades, road base treatment via FDR-C, asphalt concrete paving, ancillary grading, landscaping, and fencing improvements, and new signage and striping. Work further includes minor concrete sidewalk and curb ramp improvements at the intersection of South Kelly Road and State Route-29, within Caltrans Right of Way.

General work description: Cold plane AC pavement, place hot mix asphalt and apply slurry seal.

Scope of Work: This project includes demolition of existing improvements, site and drainage improvements, construction of structural concrete slab, construction of a 2,500 SF prefabricated metal building and miscellaneous concrete flatwork, and all associated electrical improvements at the Soscol Water Recycling Facility (SWRF).

The project includes but is not limited to striping various County Roads in paint

Project Description: Site Work and technology upgrades for the installation of (3) portables at Vichy TK-8.

Description: Contractor shall provide services to the Veterans Home of California - Yountville (Home), located at 100 California Drive, Yountville, California 94599. The Home is a Small Quantity Generator and rarely generates Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) waste. Contractor shall furnish all labor, licenses, permits, supplies, materials, insurance, packaging, tools, vehicles, placards, labels/markings, and equipment (including personal protective equipment and safety equipment) required to provide services for collection, disposal, transportation and disposal of Hazardous, Universal and RCRA wastes (excluding radioactive or biohazard waste), and other items of expense necessary, unless otherwise stated. All work by the Contractor will be under the direction of the CalVet Contract Manager or his/her designee, in accordance with all federal, state, local laws, and regulations.

Project Description: Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, certifications, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, and personnel to Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repair services for five (5) boilers which include three (3) Natural Gas & Fuel Boilers and two (2) Water Tube Boilers.

Description: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, fees, and documentation necessary for the removal and disposal of waste items at the listed state operated facilities. Waste items to include Non-Resource Conservations and Recovery Act (RCRA) waste, liquid (waste oil, hydraulic and transmission fluids), waste coolant, waste anti-freeze, paint, flammable debris, wash tank pumping, used oil and waste fuel filters, oil absorbents and waste solvents.

The Project is located near the intersection of Pascale Place and Glory Court in Napa, CA 94558 (APN#045-411-022-000) and is described as follows: Remediation of City owned property including excavation of 498 cubic yards of waste-impacted soil on City Property, grading of 1,998 cubic yards of waste-impacted soil (includes excavated waste-impacted soil from City property and 1,500 waste-impacted soil delivered and stockpiled on the project site by others), and import and grading of 4,260 cubic yards of clean fill

Scope of Work: Major components of Project Work consist of mechanical work as follows: make ready work (installing new steam pressure reducing station and branch isolations valves, temporary services, and replacement work that consists replacing new water heaters, install permanent steam, condensate, domestic hot and cold-water supply and return to new water heaters. Demo existing water heaters can be used as temporary water heaters. Insulate all new steam, condensate, hot and cold supply/return piping to new heater. Only three (3) buildings are part of the scope of work: Washington, Kennedy, and Lincoln. Eisenhower and Truman have been descoped from the project.

The project is in a segment of Bale Slough Bear Creek located just east of State Highway 29 in Napa County. The work will consist of demolition, excavation and off haul of organic material, grading, construction of biotechnical stabilization structures and habitat features, installation and maintenance of native plants, and deployment of erosion control measures

Description of Work: The work involves cleaning out and disposing of sediment from the bottom of an existing 20 MG Effluent Storage Pond at a wastewater treatment plant, including waste categorization sampling and analysis.

Description: Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Renovation of the existing Steam Distribution System. Including replacement of steam piping, trenching, vaults, expansion joints, steam traps; installation of chill water pump, sump pump, boilers, air separators, hot water pumps, expansion tanks, heat exchanger, circulating pump, thermostatic mixing valve, and all associated electrical equipment and controls. Includes new parking lot and associated landscaping. Demolition will include hazardous materials, old equipment, gaskets, piping, pipe hangers, insulation, black lid felt, landscape, trees, and miscellaneous items.
