The City of Napa (City) is requesting Proposals (Proposals) from professional project management firms/teams for a new public recreation and aquatics center located at 2447 Old Sonoma Road, Napa, CA 94558 (Project). Consultants should have experience in working with agency staff and design consultants on project design and managing project construction for public sector projects
Work Description: The Project consists of pavement rehabilitation of approximately 2,000 linear feet of roadway by means of full depth reclamation via cement treatment (FDR-C) at Tower Road and South Kelly Road from Devlin Road to State Route-29. Work also includes storm drain system installation in South Kelly Road, relocation of a street light, as well as installation of a new recycled water main and installation of new water and recycle water services and construction of bioretention facilities along the southwest shoulder of South Kelly Road. Work includes mobilization, storm water pollution prevention, traffic control, curb ramp upgrades, road base treatment via FDR-C, asphalt concrete paving, ancillary grading, landscaping, and fencing improvements, and new signage and striping. Work further includes minor concrete sidewalk and curb ramp improvements at the intersection of South Kelly Road and State Route-29, within Caltrans Right of Way.
