The Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) is seeking construction bids in support of the James Diemer Drive Bus Stop Improvement project by constructing a new bus stop facility. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks construction bids to Construct a new northbound bus stop facility consisting of two (2) concrete bus pull-out areas, adjacent sidewalk, curb ramps, bus shelter, rectangular rapid flashing pedestrian beacons, two (2) on-road speed tables and new pavement striping.
