The City of Waterbury, Department of Engineering, is seeking proposals from qualified third parties for Berkley Heights Park Basketball Court Improvements. As shown on the plans, overgrown infield area of baseball field shall have soil and vegetation excavated to a minimal depth of five (5) inches and material disposed of properly. Infield shall then be graded and resurfaced with specified material. Fence fabric on backstop shall be removed, disposed of properly and replaced. New team benches shall be installed, and all disturbed areas shall be restored.to a suitable condition.

The State of Connecticut Department of Construction Services (DCS) solicits bids for the installation of a new Roof at 287 West St, Rocky Hill, CT 06067 (BI-C-302). Work Included: 1. The project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing Industrial Park water storage tank including recoating of the tanks existing exterior and interior surfaces, the installation of a new total trihalomethane (TTHM) removal system and appurtenant work. The existing Industrial Park Water Storage tank is a 0.670 MG welded steel tank approximately 72 feet in height with a diameter of approximately 40 feet located in Norwich, Connecticut. Additional work will include the replacement of the cathodic protection system components, a new combination free chlorine/pH analyzer and above-grade cabinet, a new above-grade 12-foot x 10-foot structure, a new 30 KW diesel driven standby generator and related site work. Contractors bidding for the project shall hold a current Prequalification Certificate for the Site Work or Water Treatment Plant classifications from the CT Department of Administrative Services (DAS).

A. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of a partial roof replacement at an existing building. B. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Removal and offsite disposal of hazardous materials. 2. Removal of existing membrane roofing system, insulation, cant strips and tapered edges,and metal flashings. 3. Removal and replacement of existing roof accessories. 4. Removal and replacement of deteriorated roof decking and wood blocking. 5.
