The Town of Old Saybrook (the Town) invites proposals from qualified multidisciplinary teams to develop a master plan for a new waterfront park in Old Saybrook, CT creating a year-round passive-use park adjacent to three other town-owned properties for residents and visitors alike.

The Town of Ridgefield is soliciting sealed bids from qualified mechanical contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the removal of existing forced hot air furnaces and the installation of new gas-fired unit heaters (Modine or approved equal) at the Public Works Garages (Buildings 1 & 2), located at 60 South Street, Ridgefield, Connecticut.

The City of Stamford, Office of Operations and Traffic Engineering Bureau solicits sealed bids to contract with qualified traffic signal installation, repair and maintenance firms to provide the City with On-Call Traffic Signal Maintenance Services. This crew will work under the supervision of the Signal Systems Engineer and/or other authorized City Staff for repairing, maintaining and installing traffic signal and traffic video equipment, including but not limited to, overhead, pedestal and pole-mounted traffic signals, traffic signal supports, span wire, messenger wire, cabling, conduit and other equipment/materials incidental to the installation and operation of traffic control signals.

The City of Meriden is soliciting bids in seeking the services of a contractor to perform paving in the City of Meriden.The project will consist of the milling and overlay of various roadways in the City of Meriden totaling approx. 10.96 miles in length. Refer to roadway list titled Citywide Paving Program Summer/Fall 2026 Roadway List included with this bid package for approximate limits of work. Work will include, but not limited to, a 2 fine mill of existing pavement, a 2 overlay of Class 2 bituminous pavement, driveway aprons and painted pavement markings. It is anticipated that the project will commence in mid to late July of 2026. The City may remove or add roadways to the proposed roadway list as the project progresses and will coordinate with the Contractor during the project. The work performed on any additional roadways added by the City will be performed at the Unit Prices submitted on the Bid Form and may include unit cost for moves submitted on Bid Form if the location is more than 2,500 feet from work being performed. This bid/contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including setaside.

In general, the Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, temporary protection, tools, and appliances necessary for the proper completion of the work as required in the Specifications, in accordance with good roofing practice, and as required by the materials manufacturer, as amended. Bidders must by Prequalified by DAS for General Building Construction (Group B) if their bid is greater than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00). Special Requirements: Section 04 01 20; Historic Masonry Restoration Specialists with five (5) years' experience Section 07 54 00; Roofing Installer with a minimum of five (5) years' experience Historical Building Restoration (as a minimum for general contractor or masonry subcontractor).

The Town of Granby is seeking qualified independent contractors for the removal and replacement of existing wall covering (wallpaper) in a municipal building. The Town of Montville solicits proposals for this Waterfront Development Opportunity for residential & mixed use development on 911 Route 32 (Town Parcel) & 841 Route 32 (Private Parcel). The sires are served by public water and sewer. Proposals for one or both parcels will be considered. However, it is preferred that both parcels be utilized to ensure access to the Town site. The Town of Simsbury solicits bids for HVAC RTU replacement, 2026: materials, equipment necessary for the removal and replacement in kind including electrical connections, controls integration, and all incidental work required for a complete and operational system of 2 roof top HVAC units (RTU) and one roof top MAU with a Bid alternate of replacement of a ground level MAU at the WPCF (Water Pollution Control Facility) location. The facility is serviced by several rooftop heating ventilation and air conditioning units (RTHVACs) that distribute conditioned air to Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes throughout the facility. Office space is equipped with hydronic heating, which serves both as reheat and primary heat for individual zones. The buildings HVAC control system is a BACnet Metasys system by Johnson Controls utilizing Facility Explorer.

This is a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Project involving the construction of a building of approximately 4070 gross square feet on the first floor of a 3-story building. The Repair shall consist of modifications to enhance the 2nd floor framing to meet AISC vibration criteria for offices.
