Under the terms and conditions of the Contract, the successful Offeror will provide professional engineering, technical, and contract-support services to assist DDOT staff in the successful delivery of the Project. The Consultant shall not exercise the authority of the Contracting Officer, make final governmental decisions, direct contractors except as expressly authorized in writing, or perform inherently governmental functions.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 541330 - Engineering Services. The Contractor shall develop bridging documents, consisting of conceptual design, technical specifications, and performance criteria for the complete repair of seventeen electric elevators (12 passenger and 5 freight as identified in the 2024 Elevator Assessment) replacing all components that are obsolete and/or have reached end-of-life, including MEP systems upgrades, ACM abatement, PCBs removal, structural and architectural alterations to bring the existing machine rooms and hoistways up to code. New elevator controllers shall be integrated with BEPs existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.

238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The Supreme Court of the United States has a requirement for a contract for Supreme Court Building with a period of performance of a one-year base. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and services necessary to upgrade the existing Edwards EST-3 fire alarm system to a fully operational Edwards EST-4 fire alarm system. The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing, delivering, installing, programming, testing, and placing into service a complete EST-4 system.

Services at Various DCHA Housing Developments. DCHA requires a qualified contractor to provide HVAC Preventive Maintenance, Repair Services, and Water Treatment Services at various DCHA Housing Developments.

DCHA intends to award Contracts for of multiple three-year Fixed Price contracts for Fire Alarm Systems Preventive Maintenance Repair and Replacement Services resulting from this solicitation. DCHA invites highly qualified, insured, licensed and interested firms to submit proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation.

Green Roof MaintenanceThe Washington Convention and Sports Authority t/a Events DC is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Green Roof Maintenance. The Contractor shall work with Events DC to maintain the approximately 21,000 square foot green roof located at the Arena: (a) Perform service maintenance during the growing season (March November); (b) Perform monthly cultivation, trimming, pruning and weeding; (c) Take cuttings from existing Sedum establishment and distribute to supplement plant coverage; (d) Perform monthly management of growth media nutrient levels and perform soil tests; (e) Perform monthly inspection and clearing of roof drains within the vegetated area; (f) Provide the Contracting Officers Technical Representative (COTR) with a detailed stewardship report after each visit; and (g) Provide additional plantings as requested by the COTR.

The Project is being designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification and meet the Net-Zero Energy requirements.
