The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a pre-qualified provider for Water Treatment Services as needed basis throughout the School District of Manatee County (SDMC) for Mechanical Systems Department. Contract period commences on August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2027. The service to be performed shall include at a minimum, the furnishing of all equipment, supplies, labor and transportation necessary to provide a complete water treatment service program for the chilled and/or chilled/hot water open/closed loop HVAC systems with/without cooling towers. Check socks on hot and cold loops, report findings and replace as needed. Obtain water meter readings where available and report usage of water. Water Treatment Services of boilers for each air conditioning/heating system shall be included in the service cost for each site. Water treatment systems throughout the District have been maintained for a five (5) year period with no evidence of issues. All closed loop hot water systems shall have a red dye in the water and chilled water shall have a green dye in the water. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
