It is a high profile location that will be available for smaller local outdoor events. Work is to include general tear-out, removal of debris/material; grading, installation of base aggregate, installation of artificial turf with affixed border. 5.2.1 Work details include: 5.2.1.1 Secured perimeter board at all edges 5.2.1.2 Seaming system: Identify type 5.2.1.3 Base aggregate: No less than 3 inches; ¾” & smaller angular aggregate; clean. 5.2.1.4 Use of leveling sand not permitted. 5.2.1.5 Awarded vendor is responsible for disposal of any debris/materials removed from area. Bonds required.
