Asphalt Resurfacing and New Road Construction. The work for which these bids are to be submitted consists of FDOT SP - 9.5 (Superpave) Asphalt Paving of existing shell and paved roadways. All work, material, installation, and maintenance of traffic shall comply with the Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction 2013 (or latest edition). Section 300, 320, 327, 330, 334, 901, 902, 916, and 917 and the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) (Latest Edition), as published by the Federal Highway Administration. *The Contractor is required to be an FDOT approved vendor. The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, material, and specialized machinery for the performance of the work as shown in the bid document specifications.
