Experienced Plumbing Contractor(s) for the replacement of (24) Kitchen and (48) Bathroom sinks and (24) kitchen garbage disposals (varies my change) at our Governors Manor Apartments located at 2861 L. B. Mcleod Road, Orlando, FL 32805. The proposed project is funded by the Community Development Block Grant Program. Bids will be considered from qualified contractor(s) that demonstrate experience and success in completing similar type of projects. Also, bidder should have experience in adhering to Federal Wage Rates and Special Provisions.
