The Project to be bid upon is described as follows: The existing parcel is unimproved right-of-way that is owned by Walton County. It is located between 117 S Camp Creek Road & 139 S Camp Creek Road, Inlet beach Fl, 32461. The County is proposing a parking area with (2) standard parking spaces, (1) ADA parking space, a varying width concrete ADA accessible path down to a proposed dock with a kayak/canoe launch. The design also includes segmental block walls for a terraced look, enhanced vegetation, and shoreline stabilization. This scope does not include the irrigation well permit. Bonds required.
