Scope: The Evansville West HVAC Modifications Project generally consists the Installation of a new makeup air unit for the tunnel system along with new electrical and gas utilities, removal of existing control fans, wiring, and switches from the office system, installation of dedicated heating/cooling unit for the control panel room including an indoor and outdoor unit and electrical, replacement of HVAC controls in each building, and testing and balancing on HVAC systems.
