Scope: This Project includes the following work: Installation of numerous potable water mains Projects using the Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and traditional open-cut trenching methods within the boundaries of Water District No. 1 of Johnson County, Kansas, and all appurtenant work as specified for a Contract term of 1 year with the potential for extending the Contract for a second, third, fourth, and fifth year with annual unit price adjustments based on the Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index (ENR CCI).

The project includes a Milling and Overlay of approximately 35,691 Square Yards of City Streets and 2,473 Square Yards of City Parking Lots. Included in the project is 100 square yards of full-depth 6 patching if needed. All Traffic Control and resident notices are the responsibility of the Contractor.
