The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Planning and Codes, are accepting proposals for Denton Elementary School design and construction of stormwater management and water quality best management practices, including: • Design and construction of six bioretention facilities along parking lot areas; and • Design and construction of two rows of permeable parking lot aisles within the existing parking lot; and • Design and construction of a “Living Classroom” which includes conservation plantings; and • Installation of native plantings in the front of the school and tree plantings at the rear of the site.
