Harford County is accepting bids for Repair to Roadway Paving. Scope: Repaving of County and State roads following repairs to underground water and sewer utilities. The work under this contract is to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision for repairing roadway pavement in bituminous concrete surfaced roads as called for in the contract documents and specifications. Work shall be performed on an “as needed” basis, in two categories: Routine Repairs, and Emergency Repairs. Bonds required.
