This open-ended, on-call, Contract consists of cleaning and sweeping controlled access highways and primary highways at various locations in Baltimore and Harford Counties. If applicable, the limits of this Contract work may extend to the other maintenance shops in this District, should extenuating circumstances dictate the need, as mutually agreed upon by both the Administration and the Contractor. This is a non-exclusive Contract. It does not include all work expected to be performed in the designated areas. Therefore, at times, other Contractors may be performing similar work that is not associated with this Contract. DBE GFE required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
