Howard County intends to procure the services of one or more construction firms to perform on-call roadway resurfacing, maintenance, and related construction services in the public right of way. The work to be performed under the Agreement shall consist of furnishing all required labor, equipment, and materials needed to repair, reconstruct, or otherwise maintain the County’s public roadway network and all related public installations within the County’s right of way on an as-needed, as-directed basis. Bonds required.
