The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC Water, WSSC, or the Commission) requests proposals from qualified Respondents (Firm, Design-Builder, or Progressive Design-Build (PDB) Team) for the performance of PDB services pertaining to the design and construction for the Rehabilitation of the 102-Inch Anacostia Trunk Sewer (ATS) (Phase II) located in Lower Anacostia, Prince Georges County, Maryland.

Project work invloves involves the replacement of existing 3-inch, 4-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch Cast-Iron and Asphaltic Ductile Iron distribution water mains, constructed between 1962 and 1978, with new 4-inch, 8-inch, and 12-inch Ductile Iron water mains. The project is located in Prince Georges County, within the 290B pressure zone. It supplies water to Warburton Oaks, Franklin Square, Kimberley Woods, and Tantallon North subdivisions of Fort Washington, MD. Since 1993, these subdivisions have experienced approximately 51 water main breaks, shutdowns, and pipe repairs, underscoring the need for replacement to ensure reliable service, improve water quality, and reduce maintenance costs.

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Mechanical and Plumbing Services. The Contractor shall be required to perform Mechanical and Plumbing Services at any WSSC facility located within Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties, Maryland. Mechanical and Plumbing Services include, but are not limited to, the handling, setting, laying out, fabrication, assembling, erecting, installing, maintaining, repairing, replacing, backflow testing, and reconditioning of a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment/systems found within WSSC treatment plants, pumping stations, depots, and office buildings. The Contractor will be required to provide backflow test reports, pull permits, and cover all associated fees. WSSC currently has approximately 220 devices across Montgomery and Prince George's Counties that need backflow testing.

Project work includes: Construction of a new well house, water line and connections to the treatment plant buildings. Installation of new electrical duct bank connecting to an existing manhole. In addition, must perform all sitework including establishment of erosion and sediment controls, site grading, and pavement restoration.

The City of New Carrollton (hereinafter "the City") is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase, fabrication, permitting, and installation of three (3) full-color LED Electronic Message Center (EMC) signs at three locations. The project consists of two (2) double-faced signs and one (1) single-faced sign. The City seeks a turnkey solution for each location that includes the LED display, identification cabinet, structural support, electrical connection, software, and all required permits and inspections. The awarded vendor shall be responsible for all aspects of the project from manufacturing through final inspection and training at all three sites.

WSSC seeks to establish a contract with a qualified consultant to provide comprehensive water and wastewater engineering services. The scope of work includes asset armoring and rehabilitation design, urgent collection and distribution system asset rehabilitation designs, inspections, assessments, and evaluations. The consultant will also provide project management, monthly reporting, design services, engineering and technical support, and emergency engineering services.

The project consists of the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of 0.82 miles of defective sewer mains and laterals utilizing 4257 LF (0.8 miles) of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and eighteen (18) manholes located in the Oxon Run Basin, Prince Georges County, Maryland.

This project consists of the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of 0.59 miles of defective sewer mains and laterals utilizing 3,109 LF (0.59 miles) of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and thirteen (13) manholes located in the Oxon Run Basin, Prince Georges County, Maryland.

It is the intent of WSSC to obtain a Contractor to perform the annual inspections and recommended annual preventive maintenance (PM) on approximately 206 overhead cranes/hoists at various WSSC facilities located within Montgomery and Prince George's Counties, Maryland. The Contractor must perform a thorough annual inspection of the hoisting machinery and provide lubrication to all components requiring such. If required, the Contractor must perform emergency repair services in order to maintain all cranes/hoists in proper operating condition, on a time and material basis. The Contractor may be required to change the oil in the cranes/hoists listed herein and perform a full-rated operational load test on the cranes and monorails located in the Chlorine Buildings listed herein. The Contractor must provide all supervision, labor, service trucks, materials (including oil and grease), tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the performance and completion of this Contract, in the manner called for by the terms and conditions herein, for the specified prices shown on the pricing pages, and to the satisfaction of WSSC.

This work consists of constructing approximately 11,000 LF of 1 inch through 2 inch water house connections; approximately 2,600 LF of 4 inch though 6 inch sewer house connections and approximately 335 LF of 1 inch pressure sewer house connections for approximately 150 new services installations at various locations in Prince Georges & Montgomery Counties, Maryland on an annual basis

This project at various locations in Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties is for RPM at various locations in Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties. Work shall be performed as directed by the Engineer and may or may not be on a continual basis. Except for emergency conditions, it is unlikely that work will be scheduled for the months of November through March. The work will consist of the following: (a) RPM at various locations in Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties. All locations for this contract will be identified after the project is awarded. Each task will indicate the scope, limits of work, the estimated quantities, and completion duration limits.

The purpose of this contract is to obtain professional engineering, inspection support, and technical services to support the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commissions (WSSC) Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe (PCCP) Management Program. Services will be performed on an as-needed basis to support condition assessment, inspection, evaluation, rehabilitation planning, emergency response, and long-term management of WSSCs PCCP transmission infrastructure. Engineering services procured under this RFP will support WSSC in evaluating condition data, developing repair or replacement recommendations, and providing related technical and professional services on an as-needed basis.

Project work includes installing approximately 2.17 miles of water mains, consisting of 0.33 miles of 4-inch, 1.35 miles of 8-inch, and 0.49 miles of 10-inch water mains, along with approximately 1.14 miles of water house connections in Clinton, Prince Georges County, Maryland.
