The Work consists of the removal and replacement of existing roof systems, both asphalt shingle and EPDM membrane, and appurtenant components including, but not limited to, underlayment, coverboard, flashing, chimney caps, intake & ridge vents, backer rod & control joint sealant and select replacement of deteriorated wood substrate and slate tiles. The Liberty Building houses administrative offices and public meeting space which are essential to County operations; owning to the critical nature of the facility, certain scheduling, means and methods of construction will be subject to coordination with and approval by the Owner.
