This work shall consist of the removal of the existing structure and construction of a three-span reinforced concrete slab superstructure with steel railing supported on concrete integral abutments and individually encased pile bent piers, 89’-0” back-to-back of abutments and 32’-0” out to out of deck with no skew. Also included are channel excavation and protection, seeding, reconstruction of ~360’ of County Highway 3 with a hot-mix asphalt surface, aggregate and HMA shoulders, guardrail improvements, and other related work. The road will be closed to traffic during construction. DBE goal 10%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
