The Illinois Department of Transportation is declaring an Emergency for the purchase of Monroe brand snowplow replacement and repair parts.

The Village of Glen Ellyns 2026 Capital Improvement Plan includes interior renovations for the Civic Centers second-floor reception area and third-floor Village Board meeting room. Upgrades in the second-floor reception are needed to enhance securitymatching the firstfloor Finance area standardand to provide an ADA-accessible counter. It is imperative that a transparent and welcoming atmosphere is maintained, and that all new materials match in appearance the existing materials and finishes. Any new glazing shall be bullet-proof or bulletresistant at a minimum. A new full-sized door is needed to replace the existing half-door. New door should serve as a security door and retain the existing electric door strike and access control assembly and equipment. A new soffit approximately 12-18 inches above the new door spanning wall-to-wall across the front counter would be needed. The Village would like to avoid the need for a new floor to ceiling wall in this location.

The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to solicit firm prices for Utility Construction Materials. The Village of Schaumburg (hereafter Village) Department of Engineering & Public Works will utilize the materials for repairs and maintenance of Village owned utilities.

The Project work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of the childrens pool, adjacent pool decks, fencing, modifications to pool equipment, and replacement of a pool heater.

Normal Fire Department Headquarters Concrete Pad - Quotes shall be considered inclusive of all necessary work to provide a complete and finished final product. Quotes shall reflect the cost to perform representative work for each relevant trade including e.g. demolition, labor, materials, accessories and trim.

Remove existing awning hardware and infrastructure as needed to ensure structural soundness and appearance of the new awning. Sandburg intends to remove the easily detachable cloth awning materials prior to this scope of work. Perform patchwork or repairs where needed to ensure a secure and finished appearance of the new awning. Engage with architect and structural engineer to evaluate faade condition and installation plan after existing awning is removed. Procure the materials for new awning and install in coordination with Sandburg construction PM to ensure proper sequencing of other 209 E Main Street works.

The work to be performed consists of HMA leveling binder, HMA surface course, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvement as described herein.

Works include approx. 1,026.25 VF 48" cementitious manhole coating - spray applied manhole; 15 EA repair bench and trough; 1 EA access beyond 100' from road (#78 MH 2100017).
