Work generally consists of furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the selective tree removal and replacement of piping & spray heads within the existing spray field, replacement of pumps, aerators, power phase converters and dredging and liner replacement within the wastewater lagoon and other ancillary work indicated in the contract documents.

This project can generally be described as the full construction of a airfield maintenance facility as well as the connection of proposed building utilities to existing utilities, installation of a concrete hangar skirt & walking area, apron & security fence adjustments, and construction of a 57,000 square foot overflow lot.

General Contractor services to upfit an existing building into a maintenance office/warehouse facility.

The Contractor proposes to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to install approximately 1,200 linear feet of 2-inch PVC water main, reconnect sixteen (16) existing water services using Type K copper, and restore all disturbed pavement with 12 inches of ABC stone in 6" lifts compacted, and 3 inches of 9.5 C mix asphalt in 2 1.5 lifts, in accordance with municipal standards and specifications NC DEW Serial NO-20-00101

Includes +/- 8 acres of site work and site improvements. Phase 1 of this project is slated for a 90-day schedule starting in late August through November 2026.

The property currently utilizes twenty (20) existing service panels supplied by multiple distribution points that deliver utility service to various agricultural and related areas (utility delivery) via current transformers (CTs) mounted on distribution poles spanning out to all (20) panels. This project will replace the existing configuration with a centralized, single-phase 120/240V, 1200-amp service distribution point to improve efficiency, reliability, and system consolidation

Provide delivery, pick-up, and service for trash, recyclables, and construction waste for six (6) locations within Lake Norman State Park (hereinafter, Park) located at 759 State Park Road, Troutman, NC 28166. It shall be the responsibility of the awarded Vendor to provide, deliver, off-load, and service for each type of dumpster.

The Town of Mooresville in partnership with the Lowes YMCA would like to construct up to twelve (12) outdoor pickleball courts on the property adjacent to the Lowes YMCA. It is anticipated that the project scope would include design of the pickleball courts with fencing, a turf sport court for various activities, storm water management, required landscaping and access walkways from the street, parking and adjacent properties. It is also anticipated that the pickleball courts would utilize shared restroom facilities located in the adjacent YMCA or Joshs Farmers Market properties through a mutual operating agreement.

Iredell County is soliciting statements of qualifications from civil/structural engineering firms (the Firm) to provide design, plans and permitting for Iredell County Government Center South Interior Renovations in Iredell County. Services shall primarily be for Iredell County Government Center South Interior Renovations, however additional services may include design, plans, permitting, for other projects involving existing buildings in relation to this project.
