The project consists of site improvements and comprehensive renovation of an existing multi-story residential building. Site work includes completion of a boundary survey, reconstruction of the rear retaining wall with storm drainage, including geotechnical evaluation and structural design, replacement of select concrete surfaces, repairs to the asphalt parking lot, installation of a new dumpster pad with bollards and fencing, and select site drainage improvements.

Sealed Proposals addressed to the undersigned will be received by the Cheltenham School District bor the Service Upgrade Project. The purpose of this project is to Furnish and Install all Materials, Equipment and Labor to install: 1) (2) new 4 PVC Conduits from the PECO supplied Transformer to the existing PECO Vault 2) New Wire for 400 amp service to existing Junction Boxes in PECO Vault.

This project is the construction of approximately 0.19 mile from SR 9202/Segment 0010/Offset 0000 to SR 9202/Segment 0010/Offset 1407, including plain cement concrete pavement, concrete curb, Weight-in-Motion Scale system, and pavement markings, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package.

This project is the single span structure replacement over Little Federal Run including roadway reconstruction, guiderail, environmental control, and seeding, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 1037, Section B00, in Crawford County, Athens Township from approximately segment 0050 offset 2269 to approximately segment 0060 offset 0420.

This project involves the replacement of the existing concrete slab structure carrying SR 3020 over unnamed tributary to Lake Quinsigamund. The proposed structure is a 10.5-foot by 4-foot single-cell precast concrete box culvert with a precast-end section at the inlet and a cast-in-place wingwall on the east side of the outlet. The proposed culvert will provide two 10-foot wide travel lanes, and two 4-foot wide shoulders. The total length of the proposed culvert is approximately 34.5 feet. Traffic will be maintained by detour. This work includes installation of new guiderail, signing and delineation and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 3020, Section 650, in Wayne County, South Canaan Township from approximately 0.8 Miles east of SR 3022 at segment 0020 offset 0315 to approximately 0.9 Miles west of SR 3018 at segment 0020 offset 0765.

The description and location of the project are as follows: Furnish and install box culvert (20'-0" X 6'-6"), tree removal and other miscellaneous construction at a Department prepared site, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 3007, Section 015, in Lycoming County Piatt Township from approximately 1.4 miles South from SR 220 at segment 0040 offset 0000 to approximately 1.4 miles SOUTH from SR 220 at segment 0040 offset 0023.

The purpose of the project is to improve deficiencies and provide a smoother riding surface, therefore, decrease the cost of ongoing roadway maintenance. The improvements to the roadway are to eliminate current potholes, depressions, rutting, and other pavement failures. This project is for the resurfacing of approximately 6.87 miles of existing roadway on SR 247 & SR 547 in Clifford & Harford Township & Forest City Borough, Susquehanna County, and SR 247 in Fell Township, Lackwanna County, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The resurfacing includes asphalt wearing courses, scratch courses, milling, line painting, shoulder backup, pavement markings, and guide rail improvements. All work will be completed within the existing roadway. All maintenance and protection of traffic (MPT) will be completed in accordance with the special provisions of the contract and will consist of short-term patterns.

The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement of a certain section of State Highway in Centre & Clinton County, Marion & Porter Townships, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State Route 0080, Section B43. This project being situated on State Route 0080 from Segment 1640 Offset 1534 Eastbound and Segment 1645 Offset 1881 Westbound to Segment 1706 Offset 0100 Eastbound and Segment 1707 Offset 0100 Westbound. For the improvement of approximately 12.38 miles of existing separated limited access highway involving milling of asphalt pavement, Superpave Asphalt Mixture Designs for base, binder and wearing courses, various ITS devices, guide rail upgrades, pavement markings, and miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package.

The proposed project involves the replacement of the West College Avenue Bridge over the Codorus Creek in the City of York, York County, Pennsylvania. The project area extends along West College Avenue from Schaefer Lane to Oak Lane. The bridge is owned and maintained by York County who is leading the project. The proposed structure is a four-span 2-lane bridge with sidewalks that will be constructed on the same horizontal alignment and will include a modified vertical alignment over the railroad. Roadway improvements include approach roadway reconstruction, placement of guide rail, signing & pavement markings, and other miscellaneous construction, al as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package for State Route 7301, Section BRG, in York County, York City, West College Avenue over Codorus Creek, from Station 12+32.00 to Station 22+00.00, for an overall project length of 868.10 linear feet (0.164 mile).

This is a Resurfacing project which consists of 2.5-3 Milling, 2.5"-3 Asphalt Overlay, Base Repair, ADA Ramps, Line Painting, Rail Road Coordination, Minor Drainage, and other Miscellaneous Construction, all as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package for State Route 0234, Section 026, in Adams County, Biglerville Borough and Butler Township, SR 0234 (W. York Rd and E. York Rd) from Segment 0240 Offset 0050 at W. Hanover St. to Segment 0270 Offset 0628 at Biglerville Borough Line and Butler Township, for a length of 5,820 linear feet(1.102 miles). Also includes State Route 0034, in Adams County, Biglerville Borough, and Butler Township, SR 0034 (N. Main St) from Segment 0130 Offset 1652 at SR 234/E. York St to Segment 0150 Offset 1310 at Biglerville Borough Line and Butler Township, for a length of 2,528 linear feet (0.479 mile).

This project is the construction of State Route 0020 Section 29M in Millcreek Township, Erie County with an approximate length of 4.645 miles from SR 0020/Segment 0570/Offset 0329 to SR 0020/Segment 0690/Offset 0083, including a milling and paving with asphalt mixtures, drainage, guiderail, ADA curb ramps, signing, delineation, traffic signals, pavement markings, and highway lighting as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package.

This project is the miscellaneous patching/spot paving and crack sealing and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 422, Section 0000, in Butler County Various Townships.

This project is the Resurfacing on US 30 (Lincoln Highway) from the end of the 4-lane west of Breezewood to the Juniata River Bridge in Townships of East and West Providence and Everett Borough, Bedford County. This project also includes highway lighting upgrades to energy efficient alternatives at the US 30/ Bud Shuster Bypass (SR 1007) interchange and slope repair on US 30 from Raystown Branch of the Juniata River to SR 1011 (East Graceville Road) in East Providence Township, Bedford County as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 0030, Sections 045 and 053 from approximately Segment 0470 Offset 2654 to Segment 0621 Offset 2512.

The description and location of the project is as follows, raised pavement markers contract as indicated on the approved drawings for various State Routes in Fayette, Greene, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties in various municipalities and on various routes.

The scope of this job is to install new deck seals, as well as other various repairs including, PPC overlays, and miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package. Work will be conducted at four locations listed below to extend the life of the structures. Locations are as follows: 1. State Route 18, Section 10M, in Greene County, Washington Township 2. State Route 19, Section 10M, in Greene County, Washington Township 3. State Route 19, Section 02M, in Washington County, Amwell Township 4. State Route 119, Section 21M, in Westmoreland County, Hempfield Township All work will be completed during short-term single lane closures. While work may be spread over two seasons, sites wont be impacted simultaneously.

This project is for the construction of the Lackawanna Heritage Valley Dickson City Rail Trail in Dickson City, Lackawanna County in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The project is a linear 0.406 mile multi-use trail project that runs parallel to the Pennsylvania Northeast Railroad Authority Rail Line. This trail section begins at Eagle Lane and continues north to Railroad St in Dickson City, PA. The proposed trail will have a 6 to 10-foot-wide paved cross section, limited other drainage work, installation of wooden and chain link fencing. The project will also include minor brush/branch clearing with minimal tree removal.

The description and location of the project is as follows: The milling and resurfacing with bituminous material, general maintenance of various state roadways in Philadelphia County, Engineering District 6-0, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The project being situated as follows: SR 65-A60: From points approximately 3,600 feet east of West End Bridge (SR 19) at Segment 0002 Offset 1348 (Station 1053+97) and approximately 4015 feet west of West End Bridge (SR 19) at Segment 0003 Offset 1208 (Station 1055+42) to a point approximately 2,500 feet north of Fort Pitt Bridge at Segments 0002/0003 Offsets 0000/0000 (Station 1067+61). SR 279-A92: From a point approximately 1,910 west of Federal Street at Segments 0008/0009 Offsets 1464/1363 (Station 1066+70) to a point approximately 2170 feet north of Fort Pitt Bridge at Segments 0008/0009 Offsets 0942/0841 (Station 1071+92).
