Completion of Classrooms 151&152. 2.Installation of the new SRO office as Alternate #1. 3.Completion of the renovation of the existing school as shown on the plans as Alternate #2. This will include the storm drain work shown around the rear of the existing school shaded in green on the plans. 4. Complete construction of a new Gymnasium as shown as Alternate #3. This will include storm drain and retention basin work around the Gym and shown shaded in yellow on the plans. 5. Contractor shall keep all work areas maintained and kept clean daily (more often as necessary) throughout all operations. 6. The Fire Alarm, Access Control, BAS systems and Commissioning shall contract directly with the Owner. TAB shall be the responsibility of the GC. 7. Contractor shall provide a letter accepting all project conditions prior to commencing work. 8. Contractor shall provide a project specific safety plan prior to mobilization. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
