WM Jordan will be pricing the Creekview Townes project to be built on E Park Ave. in Greenville, SC. The project will consist of 32 wood frame townhome units with a garage at lowest level. The project consist of 3 structures (A,B, and C) of Type VA construction w/ NFPA 13R sprinkler system. All three buildings will be 4 stories with 2 story units stacked on one another. The scopes of work will include a complete sitework package, retaining walls at drive into the site, cast in place concrete foundations and walls, masonry, brick veneer along exterior, miscellaneous metals and steel beams, wood framing, composite wood decking, board and baton siding, hardie paneling, membrane roofing, building insulation, waterproofing, doors and frames, hardware, windows, painting, flooring, drywall, metal canopies, toilet and bath accessories, residential appliances, residential casework and countertops, vanities, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
