The total shell is approximately 83,000 SF between Medical Office Buildings One and Two.Cast-In-Place Concrete, Gypsum Underlayment, Cast Stone Masonry, Structural Steel Framing, Steel Decking, Cold-Formed Metal Framing, Metal Fabrications, Rough Carpentry, Plastic Paneling, Cold Fluid-Applied Waterproofing, Thermal Insulation, EIFS, TPO Roofing, Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim, Roof Accessories, Penetration Firestopping, Joint Sealants, Interior/Exterior Joint Cover Assemblies, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Flush Wood Doors, Aluminum-Framed Entrances and Storefronts, Sliding Automatic Entrances, Glazed Aluminum Curtain Walls, Fire-Rated Glass, Cement Plastering, Gypsum Board, Interior/Exterior Painting, Machine Room Less Electric Traction Elevators, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Termite Control. Bonds required.
