New Addition. The renovation will include the current office area and rooms along the existing kindergarten wing. The additional classrooms will extend out of the building at two separate locations. One location will feature two additional kindergarten classrooms and the other includes 12 additional classrooms, two speech rooms, offices, workroom, restrooms and conference areas. The related scopes of work will include demolition, cast in place concrete, masonry, structural steel, metal framing, PLAM cabinets, finish carpentry, EFIS, membrane and sheet metal roofing, hollow metal doors, aluminum storefront, door hardware, openings, finishes including flooring, paint, ceilings, FEC, toilet accessories, classroom specialties, wooden storage shelving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression.
