To be replaced with aluminum gate and openers to match the existing one found on site at the center gate main entrance. There is also an associated concrete back track at the south gate that will need to be demo and replaced. After the installation is completed, the HVAC system should be balanced by an independent AABC certified company to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
