This project will install approximately 15,100 linear feet of 36-inch water main from the IH10 water station near the intersection of IH10 and La Cantera Parkway following the IH10 corridor north to a tie-in point east of the intersection with Heuermann Rd. Approximately 6,000 feet of that will be installed via trenchless methods to minimize impacts to the community. This project is part of a multi-phased effort to improve pressure and reliability of water delivery to this rapidly developing area. Project is scheduled to advertise in late October 2024. Construction is currently scheduled to begin in the 1st quarter of 2025. The estimated construction duration is 32 months and the estimated construction cost is $32 million.
