The City of San Antonio (City), Public Works Department (PW) is issuing a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) for qualified firms (Respondents) to provide job order contracting construction services for the City’s Job Order Contracting Program (JOC Program). The City currently owns approximately 825 buildings, and leases 56 office spaces, as well as other projects of interest to the City, that may require a variety of minor construction, repair, rehabilitation or alteration services. As a facility need is identified, the City may assign said project to an awarded JOCC for negotiation. The City intends to award up to eight (8) contracts based on scoring by a selections committee, as result of this RFCSP. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
