The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase of various security cameras and accessories for maintenance, repair, replacement, and improvement of existing equipment. This purchase is intended to repair, replace, upgrade, or expand existing devices and upgrade or replace associated devices. SAWS continues to maintain, repair and add integrated security management system (ISMS) that is used to perform, monitor, manage access control, video, and alarms throughout the system. This new system is under warranty by SAWS current system agent of record. In an effort to protect SAWS investment in this new system, maintain manufacturer support, maintain its system warranty, and respondents shall provide equipment that is compatible with existing system components as indicated in bid items to ensure the overall system warranty is maintained.
