Texas A&M University, Athletics is accepting proposals and intends to enter into an agreement with a qualified vendor to pressure wash stadium seating bowl section concrete risers and walls attached to the seating sections at Kyle Field located on the campus in College Station, TX. The footprint of the stadium seating section concrete risers includes 95,059 fixed aluminum bleacher and chair back seats to be pressure washed to remove any present stains/debris and mold or mildew. Texas A&M University shall provide the water source throughout Kyle Field. Respondent shall provide a hose of at least 100’ or more to reach all areas in need of cleaning. The use of low-pressure soft wash process to protect stadium seats, concrete riser control/expansion joints and traffic coating shall be utilized. Respondent must apply chemical cleaning solution to seating sections risers to prolong surface life length of cleanliness and mold/mildew over time. Respondent shall take precaution to protect all surfaces and prevent scratching, damaging or marking due to equipment. HSP required.
