The City of Missouri City (“CITY”), Texas is soliciting sealed proposals from interested contractors who can provide all the necessary resources to rehabilitate homes via the Community Development Block Grant Program (“CBDG”). Most of the homes eligible for housing rehabilitation services are at alteration level one, and do not require a comprehensive set of plans. Typical homes have three (3) bedrooms with one (1) bathroom and are approximately 1200-1600 square feet. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a multiyear contract with contractors who can perform the work specified in Exhibit A Scope of Work on an “as needed basis” in accordance with the requirements and the terms and conditions specified herein. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
