The City is seeking proposals from firms interested and qualified to provide hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement material. The City intends to enter into a Supply Agreement for these services. The Contractor shall provide hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement material on an as-needed basis. The material will be utilized for street maintenance repairs and street paving projects as outlined in the Scope of Work.
