The Contractor shall provide painting restoration to City owned locations on an as needed basis. Contractor shall furnish labor, supervision, parts, supplies, materials, tools equipment, and transportation necessary to perform painting services for all locations. Work to be performed under this contract will include, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Painting with latex, acrylic, DTM and alkyd-based paints. 2. Staining with water borne, oil based, powder based solvent stains. 3. Surface finishes with water borne, polyurethane based, poly-acrylic based, lacquer based and oil-based finishes. 4. Preparation (power washing, sand blasting, scrubbing, spackling, sanding, priming) of all services to be painted and protection of all adjacent surfaces not to be painted. 5. Exterior and interior painting 6. Scaffolding 7. Cost estimating. Information shall be provided to the Contractor through work order or phone request Bonds required.
