This purpose of this contract is to supply Item 8039 – Aggregate for Surface Treatments (Material Only) to the following locations: Site 1 Refugio Maintenance Office – Refugio, South Goliad & South Bee County; Site 2 Rockport Maintenance Office – Aransas & East Refugio County, East San Patricio County, and Mustang Island; Site 3 Sinton Maintenance Office – San Patricio County. This contract shall commence upon the issuance of a work order by the Director of Maintenance or his representative. Material requests shall be issued by Work Order to the Contractor a minimum of 7 calendar days in advance unless expedited items therefore allowing a minimum of 48 hours. Each Work Order shall specify quantities to be delivered, location of delivery, and days to complete Work Order. A minimum of 20 Tons per work order will be required for delivery only. Bonds required.
