CMAR shall perform all work as required by, and in strict accordance with, the Contract Documents, which consists in general of the OCDC KVA Backup Generator. The project description below is based on 100% Schematic Design (SD) drawings: Remove existing 1750kw generator and replace with new 1750kw generator in same location. Modification to existing concrete pads. New generator controller, ATS, day tank and pump, load bank, charger cooler and pump, radiator, batteries, battery charger and miscellaneous accessories/equipment. Temporary generator is required while existing generator is removed, and new generator is installed along with new equipment. Refer to 100% Schematic Design drawings for additional details and scope. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
